Okay, so it's been forever since I posted anything here. But it's summer and I've been squeezing in some time to write with a friend. So here's another 800 words of this thing. More to follow someday, I hope.

Whoops! It's been awhile. School has reduced the number of times my writing group meets and the amount I get done in between those meetings. But there should be another piece in a day or two and maybe another next week. This would be the first bit in the second section of the story. It's about 730 words.

This piece of 1400 words marks the end of the first of five parts of this project. (The first part consists of the first post in the journal followed by the posts made starting in July and up to this one.)
Posting will slow down quite a bit, I expect, since I resume classes tomorrow.

Bits of this piece come from the earlier piece I posted called "Anasara, Yovo, Yovo!" which I've decided to break up and spread throughout the story in order to describe things chronologically. So you may recognize a few things, but most of the piece is new. It's about 640 words long.

Hello, again. This piece is probably gonna need a major rewrite at some point in the future, but not right now, so here it goes. But that does mean that I'm particularly open to questions/criticisms/suggestions (not that I'm not always totally open, but particularly in this case). It's almost 2000 words.
